Here’s a video that touches on it very briefly:

Studio Update, Old Interview, December Tour Dates

Written by Adrian Clement. Filed under Uncategorized. No comments.

Sorry that news has been a bit slow lately. Here are a few things you may have missed (but probably haven’t).

Firstly, the latest studio footage update was posted recently. If you haven’t seen it already here it is:

And there’s an old interview/article up on Exclaim News from the 30th of September which you can check out here. Lots of info regarding the upcoming new album, the article also points out that Dillinger will be playing the following dates in Canada:

12/6 Montreal, QC – Foufounes Electriques

12/7 Toronto, ON – The Mod Club

Not sure how accurate these are, but if you got the Dillinger mail-out the other day, you’ll remember that it said something about possible tour dates in December. Looks like Dillinger are hitting up Canada first, then.

Also  - someone emailed me about a new Dillinger-related FB group. It’s over here if you want to check it out.

Update: Dillinger’s MySpace page has a lot more December tour dates added. Here they are:

I should have woken up earlier to this but I was at Converge/Dethklok/Mastodon last night. Converge slayed the crowd.

Yessir….today we’re like Santa….and goodies abound. Here’s a new video from about the midway point of recording Option Paralysis….week 4. Sorry we’re a little late, but as you guys know, quality takes time(sometimes a lot of time!) here in the DEP camp.

WEEK 4 STUDIO VIDEO

Also, here for your wearing pleasure is the Limited Edition Shirt for “Mouth Of Ghosts”. Again, the artwork was done by our friend Steve Mercado(known as Shadowmonster in design world) and is being printed on super soft shirts you’ll be psyched to wear that actually fit human beings comfortably, not a typical band shirt that feels like the kind of paper towels they use in McDonald’s bathrooms. Like usual, these shirts are being limited to 200, and are made to order, so that you, our legit inside circle jerk of friends, can have access to something that people can’t get on tours and can’t get in a store. We keep the number low so that you guys can get them and feel like you have something that a more casual fan wouldn’t have access to, because by the time they would even hear about it, the shirts are sold out. We ship anywhere in the world, and this time, you get to pick not only whether you want them in white or black, but we’re offering the full list of sizes, all the way from girls extra small to men’s triple extra large. The new design can be found RIGHT HERE. Make sure to roll the cursor over the picture to see what the shirt would look like in white. Once again, these shirts have been infused with the ability to repel dorks and poseurs the way bug spray keeps away gnats and the like. Another built in feature is if some shithead with an emo bang or some mongoloid in a TapOut shirt stares at you for too long when you’re wearing this he’ll disintegrate, so the shirts also serve as moron population control. After this one there is only one left in the series…we’ll have that one coming up in a little while.

So…we started recording around September 6th…we’re a month in, we have a few weeks to go. This time next month, we will have a new FINISHED RECORD in our hands. Release date, pre-orders, wave of tour dates, all that stuff, coming soon. We’ll check in with you next week with a new video. ‘Til then, I want you all to be, and I know we’ll be, DOIN’ IT LIVE!!!!

-Greg
