DEP To Perform "Setting Fire To Sleeping Giants" on Fearless Music TV

For this week's episode of Fearless Music, it's featuring bands chosen by the staff here. Drew picked The Dillinger Escape Plan as her favorite Fearless Music band. The Dillinger Escape Plan will be on Fearless Music TV in NYC this Saturday night, September 13, performing “Setting Fire To Sleeping Giants”. Fearless Music TV is on Saturday nights at 12:30am on Fox 5 in NYC, and if you are not in NYC, check out the time and channel listing at the Fearless Music MySpace blog to find out when and where else we air. Also, make sure that before and after the episode airs you go to the Fearless Music website and vote for The Dillinger Escape Plan. The band that receives the highest amounts of votes will be featured again on next week’s episode.

Vote for SLW in BT Digital Music Awards 08

I know that Spreading Like Wings probably doesn't have a good chance at getting nominated or awarded the People's Choice Award for this year's BT Digital Music Awards when considering that it's only been up since March, but if you want to help out click on the image below and vote away (one vote per day). New MySpace Post, Headbanger's Blog Update

So according to a recent post by Headbanger's Blog, fans voted for Dillinger Escape Plan "in droves, but not in time". This strikes me as being total bullshit because only now they're saying that there was a deadline (2:00PM, apparently). There is, however, another chance for them to win so go and vote in the comments section here. You can vote as many times as you want, so throw in an extra vote for Boris' "Statement" while you're at it, which is a video from their latest release Smile.
